Leaving Dobogókő, the trail descends through the forest to Pilisszentkereszt. Along the way, a Marian shrine stands. The route continues along the wooded slopes above the valley of the Dera stream and passes through Csobánka. Beyond the hills, the trail approaches the outskirts of Budapest at Csillaghegy. Here stands the Csillaghegy thermal bath, supplied by mineral springs rising from beneath the plain. This stage ends at Csillaghegy, where the hills give way to the built-up area of the Hungarian capital.
