Mountain huts in Switzerland

The hut is situated at 2328 m above Lake Albigna. It is surrounded by huge granite peaks, glaciers and passes. The ideal place for climbing and training courses.

Welcome to the Heidelberger Hütte! With its location at the end of the gently rising Fimba Valley at 2,264m, the Heidelberger Hütte is an ideal alpine hut for countless ski tours and hikes. Surrounded by numerous 3000m peaks and crossings, there is the right tour for everyone: Whether beginner ski tourers, alpinists or snowshoe hikers in winter, or pleasure hikers, family hikers, mountain runners or mountain bikers on the Transalp in summer. Our hut is part of the campaign Mit Kindern auf Hütten, an initiative of the Alpine associations in Germany, Austria and South Tyrol for family-friendly huts. It is suitable for children aged 7 and over. Our adventure areas: Climbing rocks close to the house; unique alpine flora, moors, trampoline. In winter and summer, the hut is a base camp with a feel-good factor for your dream tours. We are very pleased that our hut has been recognized by the Gault & Millau publishing house for particularly tasty, regional food in one of the best huts in Tyrol. The Tschierva hut is located at 2,583 m in the Bernina group above Val Roseg near Pontresina. The SAC hut is a classic for tours to Piz Bernina and Biancograt.

The Konkordiahütte SAC is situated at 2850 m above the Konkordiaplatz on the Aletsch Glacier. It is a base for glacier trekking and high-altitude tours in the Jungfrau-Aletsch region.

The Voralphütte SAC is located at 2126 m in the Voralptal valley near Göschenen in the Uri Alps. The hut of the Uto section is a base for families, climbers and ski tours.

The Monte Rosa Hut is located at 2883 m above the Gorner Glacier near Zermatt. The SAC hut is a modern base for tours in the Monte Rosa massif.

The Chamanna Jenatsch lies at 2652 m at the very back of the Val Bever between the Julier and Albula passes. The SAC hut of the Bernina section is a base for summer and ski tours.

SAC hut at 2568 m with modern infrastructure. It offers a spectacular view of the Forno glacier and is the starting point for various tours between Bergell, Engadin and Italy.

The Weissmieshütte at 2726 m above Saas-Grund belongs to the SAC Olten section. It is the base for Weissmies, Lagginhorn, Fletschhorn and Jegihorn.
