Rich is a top guy and guide and although I’ve unfortunately missed this tour due to ski commitments I hear nothing but glowing reports of how amazing it is ! I’m looking forward to making it at some point !

One of the best evenings I had in Switzerland. An amazing hike up over the lights of the small towns around Lake Geneva. The chill in the air from the snow around us was replaced by the warmth of the fire we made, the awesome cheese fondue we ate and the laughter with my friends including our guide extraordinaire Rich.

Fondu nightwalk - what a great experience! The scenery by moonlight was super special with views out over the lake creating a special ambience. Our group was 10 people so we had a fast and slower group which worked great... friends in the slower group saw a Lynx! The Fondu was delicious and perfect after a steady climb up to the hut. Whilst there was snow on the ground, it was well packed so snowshoes weren't needed, spikes were an option. Personally I recommend a pair of walking sticks, but even with arthritic knees the walk was very doable. Rich looked after us amazingly from start to finish and the walk down burned off the excess cheese leaving us feeling exhilarated but not "fondu-bloated"! All in all a great experience - highly recommended!

What an amazing experience. Having travelled from New Zealand this was one of my highlights! Hiking in the mountains, fondue and good yarns. Rich was an amazing guide and catered to the group's ability. Hot tip - think twice if you're offered Kirsch to go with your fondue 😜
