A török hódoltság idején a falu elpusztult, a templom is erősen megrongálódott. József szerzetesrendeket feloszlató pátense természetesen a nazarénusokat is érintette.)
A kápolna fehér falaival, a zömök, késő gótikus támpillérekkel messziről felhívja magára a figyelmet. Barokkos tornyát – kapujával együtt – a 18. század végén kaphatta a települést birtokló Sándor-Metternich családnak köszönhetően. Belépni sajnos nem lehet, az egykori pici kolostor is omladozik, ennek ellenére érdemes kívülről is megcsodálni a sok száz éves építményt, és a dombhátról Etyek irányába nyíló kilátást.
