Bicske az Etyek-Budai borvidékhez tartozik, azon belül is a Nyakas Hegyközséghez. Legfiatalabb borvidékünk ez, hivatalosan 1992 óta létezik, de persze a szőlőművelés hagyománya sokkal régebbi időkre vezethető vissza. A Buda környéki szőlőket már az Árpád-kor idején művelték, sokak megélhetését biztosították a napsütötte domboldalak. Bicske a budai és az etyeki termőterületek között fekszik félúton, és manapság leginkább a fehér szőlőfajtákról ismert, régóta hagyományos termőterülete a Törley Pezsgőpincészetnek.
Sajgó, Galagonyás, Máléhegy, Táborállás – ezekben a dűlőkben ma is intenzív szőlőtermelés folyik, kisebb-nagyobb borászatok is gazdálkodnak a Bicske környéki dombokon. A bőtermő zöldveltelini, a savakban gazdag, ropogós olaszrizling és a különleges, bronzba hajló színű, fűszeres illatú királyleányka mellett természetesen a borvidékre jellemző chardonnay és a bicskei éghajlatot különösen szerető sauvignon blanc is terem többek között errefelé.
A Galagonyás dűlőn van olyan pince (borház), ahol meg is lehet kóstolni a borokat, de egyébként is érdemes végigsétálni (bringával véggigurulni) a pincesoron, ahol a régi (az ajtó fölötti évszámok rendre az 1800-as évek végi építésről tanúskodnak) présházak mellett láthatóan nemcsak gazdálkodásra, hanem lakhatásra is használják sokan az ingatlanokat, melyek mögött szőlősorok futnak fel a domboldalra.

Public transport
- A helyközi autóbuszokról Bicske, Kanizsai utca, vagy Bicske, felsőhegyi elágazás megállóhelyen kell leszállni.

Directions
- Bicske, Kanizsai utca megállóhelytől keleti irányba (Budapest, illetve a település széle) felé indulj, térj balra az első lehetőségnél, majd az 1-es számú főutat keresztezve fordulj balra, a pincesorra (összesen kb. 450 méter séta).
- Bicske, felsőhegyi elágazás megállóhelyről indulj lefelé az út menti kerékpárúton, majd a lejtő alján fordulj balra, az aszfaltos útra, innen kb. 200 méterre kezdődik a pincesor (összesen kb. 600 méter séta).

- A pincesor dűlőútján tudunk parkolni.
