Hasenmatt

From the nice town of Solothurn we ride towards the Hasenmatt on cycle paths and small roads. The start is flat and easy, but the closer we get to the peak the steeper the double track becomes. On the very last part to Hasenmatt the bike ends on your shoulders and has to be carried. The view over the "Mittelland" and the alps is fantastic though.

The downhill is on typical jurrasic trails until the farm restaurant "HInterweissenstein". Shortly after the trail fun continues on a mix of hiking trails and the old downhill track (which should be rebuild in 2022/23). A short uphill on the road connects us to more trails which bring us back to Solothurn.
