Norrvalla

Norrvalla, which today is operated by the wellbeing organisation Folkhälsan Ltd, and serves as a centre for sports education, fitness and wellness, has an interesting history. The oldest of Norrvalla’s buildings, Holmsgården, was originally a local politician’s home from the 1500s. The current building has both influences from the 1700s and also marks of its period as a community college, which began in 1908.
