Norway’s most famous waterfall, Vøringsfossen, can now be observed from a brand new viewing platform by Fossli Hotel. From here you can find your favorite vantage point and safely admire the falls as the water plunges 182 meters into the Måbødalen Valley below. The view down the steep valley is also spectacular, with the Bjoreio River continuing its journey from the Hardangervidda mountain plateau to the Eidfjord.

Megközelítés
Vøringsfossen is one of the main attractions along Norwegian Scenic Route Hardangervidda.
Driving along Road 7, look for the turn off to Fossli/Åstestølen/Vøringsfossen 18.5 kilometers from Eidfjord. Turn here and follow the road to Fossli where there is a large parking lot.
