    Eine fordernde Tour, auf der sich das Saarland in Gänze präsentiert. Von den Weinhängen an der Mosel, über das Erlebnisbergwerk Velsen bis zum Bliesgau. Die Wege sind weitgehend kraftfahrzeugfrei, aber nicht immer rennradgeeignet. Vor allem der Abschnitt zwischen Perl und Großrosseln birgt viele schlecht geteerte landwirtschaftliche Wege und geschotterte Auf- und Abstiege. Ein dickes Lob: die Etappen werden Stück für Stück erneuert!

    Eine naturnahe und meist gut beschilderte Runde mit hohem Pfadanteil und schönen Ausblicken, die sich allerdings erst im zweiten Teil der Tour offenbaren. Gut ist auch der neue Parkplatz, der einem den unattraktiven Zuweg erspart. Leider hat sie Strecke im Mittelteil, und insbesondere die letzten 2 km, zu viel Schotter- und Asphaltanteil.

    Für mich eine glatte 10/10 und bisher eine meiner absoluten Lieblingstouren. Die ersten drei Kilometer sind einfach traumhaft – mit dem kleinen Wasserfall, dem Bachlauf und den Biberdämmen. Der Abschnitt an der Primstalsperre hat mir dagegen überhaupt nicht gefallen. Danach dreht die Tour aber wieder richtig auf: Der Aufstieg zum Keltischen Ringwall, der höchste Punkt des Saarlands, die wunderschöne Hochwiese und vor allem die überall verstreuten, teilweise bemoosten Felsen sorgen für ein unglaubliches Mittelerde- bzw. Fantasy-Gefühl. Eine absolute Traumtour.

    Wir hatten diesen Weg im Januar 2021 bewandert zu dieser Zeit war dieser noch keine Traumschleife es war uns gar nicht mehr bewusst, dass es eine so tolle Runde ist, na ja war ja auch Winter. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Heute sind wir den Bärenpfad nochmals gegangen und diese 12 Km sind richtig schön angelegt und sehr gut Beschildert. Tolle Waldpfade mit verschiedenen Untergründen und keine Waldautobahn super bei dem heißen Wetter 👍 leider so gut wie kein Wasser in den Bachläufen. Einige schöne Rastplätze hat der Weg auch bekommen 🙏👌
