The Wieseck has, according to some maps, two sources. Is it possible to find both? The route starts at Stadtpark Wieseckaue (Gießen) and leads to the (2?) sources.
The two sources Wieseck route starts in Gießen at Stadtpark Wieseckaue, then continues along the Wieseck-Lumda cycle path or the R7 past European protected areas through nature to Saasen to one Wieseck source. Then a bit further on the R7 towards Grünberg to Göbelnrod, it continues along the country road to the second Wieseck source, which is listed as a source in some maps.

The Struppmühle is always worth a look. At the glider airfield, you can watch the gliders take off and land at flight times.

Roadbook
Following the traces of the Wieseck sources along the Wieseck cycle path – around 20 kilometers of well-developed route between fields and meadows
The Wieseck is, alongside the Lahn of course, one of the best-known flowing waters in the Gießen city area. Gießen's largest district is named after it, and many citizens like to stroll through Stadtpark Wieseckaue on weekends. This is where the bike route begins.
After crossing the city park, follow the signposted cycle path towards Grünberg. The Wieseck cycle path is marked with a green W on a blue band and is also part of the long-distance cycle path R7. The path mainly leads over open fields and meadow landscapes, with the Wieseck within reach. Shortly after the district of Wieseck, the path passes the Struppmühle, and just behind it lies a glider airfield. Continuing on the well-marked R7 towards Grünberg, passing Trohe, going through Buseck, then on to Reiskirchen and Lindenstruth to Saasen. Two places along the route could be the origin of the stream: In the Reiskirchen district Saasen, there is a sign directly on the cycle path pointing to the source near the local playground. If you continue on the Wieseck cycle path/R7 towards Göbelnrod, you can also search here for the origin of the Wieseck. The source area lies north of the village; leave the cycle path and follow Bahnhofstraße along district road 38 (Beltershainer Straße) northwards. Here the route ends. Those who want to ride further can cycle on to Beltershain and follow the Lumda cycle path towards Lollar. Otherwise, Gießen can be reached from Göbelnrod by RB45 regional train or you can simply cycle back along the Wieseck cycle path.
