Torn down in the 1990s
The street name "Zur Fußmühle" at the eastern entrance to Großen-Buseck is a reminder of the former mill property, which was completely demolished in the 1990s and converted into a small new development area. In 2000, new development began.
In 1753, the foot mill is described in the von Münch's inheritance distribution contract as an Erblyh mill, which had to deliver annually "12 eighths of grain, 100 pieces of eggs, 50 pieces of schlag cake, 2 pieces of pig to fatten". The mill comes to the Rabenau tribe in the division of inheritance and is assessed at this time with 1376 gulden. As with all valley mills, the owners have changed frequently.
In 1970 the mill was shut down.
