A szálláshely a fennsík peremén, egy 10 hektáros területen helyezkedik el. 120 férőhelyével erdei iskolák, nyári táborok, konferenciák, rendezvények, bálok és szórakozni vágyók igényét is kielégíti.
Elhelyezés turista színvonalon, két fűthető épületben (90 + 30 fő), kényelmes emeletes ágyakon. 19 szoba van, a szobák 4, 6, 8 és 12 ágyasak, a vizesblokkok a folyosókon találhatók.
A ház 80 fős étterme, ami gazdag étlappal vár benneteket, még egy 150 férőhelyes kerthelyiséggel is kiegészül. A turistaházhoz tartozó területen több büfét is találtok, ahol többek között hamburgert, kürtős kalácsot, vagy főzött fagyit is vehettek., de természetesen van lehetőségetek bográcsozásra, vagy szalonnasütésre is.
A turistaház kalandparkjában több mint 100 akadály vár rátok, a pályák különböző nehézségi fokozattal rendelkeznek. Találtok itt mászófalat, közel 700 méteres tiroli csúszópályát is. A kisebbekkel ne hagyjátok ki az állatsimogatót!

- Kismarosig vonattal a Budapest - Szob vasútvonalon, Kismarosról Kóspallag felé autóbusszal a Kismaros, Törökmezei turistaház bejárati út megállóig.

- A buszmegállótól indulj el délnyugatra a Z jelzésen, ebbe később bekapcsolódik a P jelzésű túraútvonal is. Ez utóbbit követheted a turistaházig (összesen körülbelül 2 km).
Parking
- A 12-es autóutat Kismaros után kell elhagynunk a kóspallagi elágazásnál. Miután az aszfaltút beér az erdőbe, az éles szerpentinkanyar után hamarosan bal felé kiágazik a keskeny törökmezői bekötőút. Ez vezet el a turistaházig, ahol parkolót is találunk.
