Balatonmáriafürdő egyetlen fizetős strandja mintegy 20 000 m²-es zöldterülettel rendelkezik és körülbelül kétezer fő befogadására alkalmas. Kedvelt fürdőhely, mivel a tómeder nem iszapos, hínártól mentes, és a víz fokozatosan mélyül. Esténként 6-tól 10-ig szabadstrandként üzemel.
A strandon animáció, vízimentő és elsősegélyhely működik. A biztonsághoz hozzájárul még a viharjelző rendszer kihelyezett egysége. A "Mozdulj Balaton!" program keretén belül lehetőségünk van arra, hogy a különböző sportpályákon kipróbáljuk magunkat. Ezen túl vízibiciklizhetünk, sportszereket kölcsönözhetünk, trambulinozhatunk és akár mini dodzsemezhetünk is.
Az értékmegőrző-blokk mögött található szabadtéri színpadon hétvégente délutáni koncerteket szerveznek. A strand minden évben a Máriai Napoknak, két évente pedig a Nemzetek Fesztiváljának a helyszíne.

Pénztári nyitva tartás: június 16. – augusztus 31.:

Pénztárzárás után 18:00 – 20:00 között szabadstrandként működik.

Public transport
- Ha vonattal érkezünk, Balatonmáriafürdő állomásnál kell leszállnunk.
- A buszok Balatonmáriafürdő, vasútállomásnál állnak meg.

Directions
- A vasút térről kisétálunk az Ady Endre útra, ott jobbra fordulva átmegyünk a síneken. A körforgalom után a parkon átvágva a strand bejáratához érünk (750 m).
Parking
- A strand előtt 200 férőhelyes, ingyenes parkoló van, és kerékpártároló is található a strand területén.
