Under the motto "alla hopp! - now it's time for some movement".... a facility was built in Rülzheim by the Dietmar Hopp Foundation as one of 19 installations.
The facility is a barrier-free movement and meeting course available free of charge to all generations.
Tokens for operating the alla hopp grill can be purchased at the kiosk of the Rülzheim campsite.
Exercise for everyone
Selected equipment increases mobility, coordination, endurance and strength for all generations.
The course is based on a sports science concept. Difficulty levels for beginners and advanced students are explained with easily understandable instructions.
It's fun to keep fit.
Children's playground for the little one – in all weather
Play facilities foster the sensory perception and movement of small children (approximately 0 to 6 years). The children's playground has a pavilion for weather protection all year round. A great meeting place.
Near-natural play and exercise area for school children
There is plenty of room for children aged around 6 to 12 to play freely and creatively, to run riot, climb, dangle and balance.
This helps to develop motor skills and mobility. The playground was designed together with children from Rülzheim.
Exercise area for young athletes
With a skating rink, basketball court and space to chill out, this area is a great space for young athletes. The trampolines and the Mikado Forest also offer encouragement to move around.
Opening times
The alla hopp! movement and meeting facility in Rülzheim is accessible year-round, even on Sundays and public holidays, from sunrise to sunset.
After dark, the legal night rest must be observed.

Restroom facilities in summer: Open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Restroom facilities in winter: Open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Entry & parking: The entire use of the facility and parking spaces is free of charge.
