The family business of the village market Schoßberghof offers its customers a variety of products from its own cultivation/manufacture, such as fruits and vegetables, pesto, fruit spreads, and many other products.
The agricultural operation and farm shop Schoßberghof offers a diverse range of seasonal vegetables, fruits, and self-produced products.
Vegetables (depending on the season):
- Artichokes, zucchini, fennel, eggplants, beans, celery
- Sweet corn, broccoli, spinach, savoy cabbage, beets
- Potatoes
- Salads (from wild and leaf salads to winter salads and field salad)
- Tomatoes, cucumbers
- Onions, leeks, shallots, garlic
- Various types of cabbage: e.g. kale, black cabbage, Brussels sprouts, white and red cabbage
- Jerusalem artichoke
- Extraordinary items such as colorful Swiss chard, oxheart carrots, or purple potatoes
Fruits (depending on the season):
- Exotics such as pineapples, melons, citrus fruits, pomegranates, persimmons, bananas etc. are sourced from our wholesaler.
- Apricots, gooseberries, currants, blueberries, damsons, and peaches are harvested in small quantities directly on our farm
- Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, and rhubarb are abundantly available in season
- Our herb garden also grows extraordinary fruits such as Nashi pears, mulberries, and figs

- Syrups from woodruff, roses, and the legendary elderflower syrup
- In winter, we offer sauerkraut, freshly made from the Römertopf
- Sweet-sour pickled vegetables (beets, peppers, cucumbers, and asparagus)

- Tofu from our own soybean cultivation
The range is supplemented by other products such as pasta or rice, many interesting cheese varieties, and other dairy products.
