In his study Bridges in Slovakia, Peter Paulík describes it as a small brick arch bridge likely originating from the time of Ottoman occupation. The bridge features two arches, each with a clear span of approximately 2 metres. Surrounded by large trees on both sides, it creates an unexpectedly picturesque scene—an almost quiet historical footnote in brick and mortar. Despite its remote location, it continues to be used by local residents on the route toward the Danube, showing how small infrastructure can outlive empires.
