A szépen felújított állomásépületen messziről látszik, hogy nem kisvasút számára épült eredetileg. Alcsút-Felcsút indóháza I. osztályú HÉV állomásépület, amely háromvágányos állomást szolgált ki, melynek két végén őrház is volt. Ma a kisvasút központi állomásaként funkcionál. Az épületben működik a jegypénztár (a másik két állomáson a jegyvizsgálóknál lehet jegyet váltani), illetve egy kávézó. Az épület mellett láthatjuk a mozdony- és kocsiszínt is; itt tárolják és tartják karban a kisvasút járműveit.

Public transport
- Puskás Akadémia állomás megközelítéséhez Alcsút-Felcsút vasútállomás bejárati út megállóhelyen kell leszállni a helyközi autóbuszjáratokról, melyek jellemzően Bicskéről, vagy Székesfehérvár, Baracska (Etyek, Martonvásár) irányából érkeznek.
