LechErlebnisWeg
From historic Landsberg, the path leads via Epfach with its impressive Roman museum and Kinsau up to the Lechleite, revealing a magnificent view of the Alpine chain before continuing over Hohenfurch to the Schwalbenstein and on to Schongau with its medieval old town on a Lech loop hill. The next highlight on the route is the Litzauer Loop, an originally preserved Lech loop. Along the Urspringer Lech reservoir, the trail continues to Lechbruck. The path now gently winds through the hilly landscape towards the south to Roßhaupten and further along the shore of the Forggensee with wonderful views of the Ammergau and Tannheim mountains into Füssen, where the tour's destination, the Lechfall, is finally reached.
