Martinské Hole Circuit

The route to Martinské hole begins near the Turiec campsite (asphalt road towards the ramp at Martinské hole), from where the former asphalt road will lead you with an elevation gain of over 800 meters.

A tangle of bends and constant climbing will test your physical condition and endurance.

The cycling route will take you all the way to the cottages on Martinské hole, which, in addition to unique panoramic views, also offer traditional refreshments from the Turiec region.

The descent is on a rocky forest road, which runs alongside the so-called "hodinovka" and follows the yellow hiking trail, leading you to the Podstráne district, from where you can reach the center of Martin city via the green cycling route or choose a traverse through the city forest park back to the so-called Kolónia Hviezda.
