Secesná Kohútova vila z roku 1908. Po znárodnení v 50. rokoch 20. storočia do roku 1968 v budove sídlil Oblastný ústav geodézie a kartografie Žilina a potom tu našli svoje miesto detské jasle a následne detské sanatórium. Upravovaná bola v roku 1984. Má trojtraktovú dispozíciu, štvorcový pôdorys, je jednopodlažná s podpivničením. Autorom stavby je Milan Michal Harminc. Budova stojí na ulici Štefánikova 68 v Pamiatkovej zóne mesta a vlastníkom je mesto Martin. V rokoch 2016 a 2017 prešla budova rekonštrukciou.
