Tips and suggestions
There are several places to stop for food and drinks. At the upper end of the Planica valley is the cozy mountain hut Tamar.
The detour after the Planica ski jump facility to the mountain hut Tamar is a mountain bike ride on very loose ground.
Otherwise, the route runs on nicely developed and marked cycle paths, except for the ride over the Wurzenpass.
