The Nordic Center Planica is an exceptional environment for continuing the tradition of ski jumping and flying!
Planica is synonymous with courage, innovation and development. With more than 40 world records, it has become a spectacular attraction that also attracts many foreign visitors. Take a walk through 80 years of world achievements! You can also get to know Planica with the Heroes of Planica mobile app.
The Planica Museum is located in the central building of the Planica Nordic Centre. It houses the heritage of Slovenian Nordic skiing. You can learn about the heroes of the world’s ski jumping elite, the technical development of the ski jumping hill, the equipment used in each period and many other interesting facts about the development of ski flying.
The museum also has two jump simulators. Try your hand at being a ski jumper! To make your experience even more interesting, we have prepared an interactive station where you can try your hand at ski jumping judging.
In Planica you will find many different activities: wind tunnel, zipline, disc golf, snow tunnel, etc.

By bus
From Slovenia, you can reach Kranjska Gora via the Ljubljana-Kranj-Jesenice-Kranjska Gora road.
Shuttle
By train
The nearest train station is in Jesenice, from where buses take you to Kranjska Gora, 20 km away, in half an hour. There are also train stations in Tarvisio, Italy, and Villach, Austria. From there, you can continue your journey by taxi, as none of the stops is more than 20 km away.

From Slovenia, Kranjska Gora can be reached via the Ljubljana-Kranj-Jesenice-Kranjska Gora road, from Austria via the Korensko sedlo border crossing in Villach or the Karavanke tunnel, and from Italy via the Rateče border crossing.
Parking
Parking spaces in the destination Kranjska Gora are payable. You can pay the parking fee via the Easypark app, mobile phone or credit/debit card. Parking meters do NOT accept cash.
