    Safety information

Wearing a helmet is not mandatory in France, but strongly recommended for your safety.

The proposed routes have been designed to be as safe as possible. It is up to cyclists to respect road signs and the Highway Code.

    Roadbook

Starting from the Tourist Office in Rosheim, take Braun Street, pass through the Lion Gate and pick up the Greenway.

Follow the Greenway up to the old Ottrott station.

Turn right onto the D426 towards Klingenthal, in the village, continue left on the D426 up to Mont Sainte-Odile (altitude 764 m): an 8.5 km climb at 5%.

After visiting Mont Sainte-Odile, go back 200 m to take the D526 up to the small roundabout.

Take the 2nd exit onto the D426 towards Le Hohwald and continue to the Bloss crossroads, then turn left onto the D854.

After 1.2 km descent, turn left onto the D109 at the hairpin bend, heading towards Saint-Nabor.

During this long descent, pass Domaine Saint-Jacques and the Niedermunster parking.

In the center of Saint-Nabor, turn left onto the D103, Rue de l’Église, pass the church, stay left and pass the town hall entering Rue des Carrières.

Facing the quarries of Ottrott / Saint-Nabor, turn right then first left at the "Bienvenue" sign down to the foot of the Belvedere.

Leave your bike there, climb the 100 steps and admire the view over the Alsace plain.

Return via the Greenway to the starting point (11 km).
