The couple Yves and Christine Affolter, the second generation, cultivate their vines on more than 10 hectares. They cultivate and market all the Alsatian grape varieties: gewurztraminer, riesling, pinot gris, pinot blanc, pinot noir, auxerrois, muscat, sylvaner, to which they associate the production of crémants. All the wines are produced on plots located in the Rosheim area. From the driest to the fruitiest wines.
