A Zuvári-hegy alatt, a Misa-réti-patak völgyében fakad a jó vizű Vasutas-forrás, amely a hajdan a völgyben kanyargó kisvasútról kaphatta a nevét.
A Börzsönyi Kéktúra Márianosztra közelében, a Misa-réti-patak völgyében szembetűnően rendezett útvonalon kanyarog az erdő mélye felé. Ez nem véletlen: a turistaút a régi kisvasút nyomvonalát követi, annak magastöltését, átereszeit használva. A kisvasút már rég nincs itt, de emléke velünk él: nemcsak a hatalmas földmunkákkal létrehozott vasútvonal ma is tisztán kivehető alépítményével, hanem a közelben fakadó forrás elnevezésében is. A Vasutas-forrást 1969-ben foglalták, derékig érő terméskőépítményéből vascsövön át folyik ki a víz. A forrás emléktáblája rendkívül míves: a korabeli vasutas jelkép, a MÁV szárnyaskerekének domborműve is megjelenik rajta.
A Börzsöny térképét nézegetve feltűnhet, hogy a hegység szinte minden völgyében üzemelt keskenynyomközű vasútvonal. A 20. század során a hegység erdői és kőbányái jelentős mennyiségű nyersanyagot szolgáltattak, és ahol éppen nagyobb kitermelés folyt, oda kisvasutat építettek. Ezek nyomai néhol ma is tisztán felismerhetők, máshol pedig csak a földrajzi nevek őrzik az emléküket (pl. Magas-hídi-rét). A Misa-réti-völgyben 1926-ban épült ki a vasút, amely a Nagy-Galla erdőihez és a Brécska- (vagy Brjeska-)bányához vezetett. A kőbánya az 1940-es évektől volt aktív, évtizedeken át szállították innen a zúzott követ az országos vasútépítésekhez. Érdekesség, hogy 1975-ben a vonal normál nyomtávúra való átépítését tervezték, de még ugyanebben az évben egy baleset miatt megszüntették a szárnyvonalat. A kisvasút maradványait természetvédelmi okból hivatalosan nem bontották meg, de a helyiek fokozatosan elhordták a hozzáférhető anyagokat.

- A legközelebbi buszmegálló a Szob, Ódamásd malomvölgy.
- Indulhatunk a Márianosztra, autóbusz-fordulóból is, de utunkat a rendkívül meredek oldalú Zuvári-hegy állja.

- A Szob, Ódamásd malomvölgy megállótól a közúton kell röviden Szob felé menni, majd a K jelzésű turistaúton jobbra kanyarodni. Nemsokára egy helyen két K● jelzésű ösvény is kiindul balra, nekünk most a másodikra kell ráfordulnunk (1 km, 32 m szintemelkedés).
- A Márianosztra, autóbusz-fordulótól a PL, majd a Zuvári-hegy után a KL jelzésű turistautat kell követni. A hegy alatti elágazásban forduljunk jobbra a rövid K● jelzésű útra a látótávolságon belül lévő forráshoz (3,8 km, 117 m szintemelkedés).

- Márianosztrán és a Malom-völgynél is találunk ingyenes parkolási lehetőséget.
