A Faluházban bemutatott néprajzi értékeket helyi amatőr néprajzkutatók gyűjtötték össze a településen.
A gyűjteményt egy régi népi lakóházban állították ki. Az épületet 1997-ben vásárolta meg az önkormányzat, hogy tárlatot alakítson ki benne.
Az épületben 3 helyiséget töltöttek fel kiállítási tárgyakkal. Belépve egy régi konyha berendezésével mutatják be a paraszti építészet hagyományait. Az egyik szobában régi mesterségek emlékeit, a másikban fotókat, régi, értékes okiratokat, kézimunkákat láthattok. Az udvaron egy vízimalom részeit és a Börzsöny kőbányászatát bemutató kiállítást nézhetitek meg. Márianosztra lakói egykor szőlőműveléssel is foglalkoztak: erre utal a szintén az udvaron elhelyezett prés.
