A Bázakerettye feletti domboldalban található barátságos kis strand vizes szolgáltatásai mellett minden bizonnyal az egyik legszebb panorámával rendelkezik hazánkban.
A rendezett, nyugodt környezetben számos kisebb-nagyobb medencében élvezhetik a látogatók a szolgáltatásokat. A két melegvizes (egy kör alakú és egy szív alakú) élménymedence mellett találunk egy pezsgőfürdőt is (ezekből a legszebb a kilátás a környező zalai dombokra), továbbá egy pancsolómedencét a gyerekeknek és egy hidegvizes úszómedencét is. A 33×15 méteres feszített víztükrű úszómedence kivételével (amely fokozatosan mélyül 1,63-től 2,05 méterig) 30-36 °C hőmérsékletű termálvízben lehet megmártózni a nyári hónapokban. Természetesen a strand büféjében enni-inni is lehet, és értékmegőrző trezor, napozóágy és napernyő bérlésére is van lehetőség.
Bázakerettyén egyébként 1938-ban egy medence építésével kezdődött a fürdő története, ami persze nem független a helyi olajkitermeléstől sem, ugyanis számos olyan szolgáltatás jelent meg a faluban, amely még egy kisvárosban sem volt magától értetődő abban az időben. Az eredeti medencét az 1990-es évek közepén újították fel, a termálmedencék 2002-ben készültek el.
