A Rónafalu felett magasodó Mogyorósi-kilátóról fantasztikus panoráma tárul a szemünk elé. Rónafaluból gyalogosan könnyen megközelíthető, de akár autóval is eljuthatunk a közvetlen közelébe.
2013-ban avatták fel ezt a körpanorámával kecsegtető építményt a Medves-fennsíkon, amelyről körpanorámát élvezhetünk a környező tájra. Nyugat-északnyugat felé megmutatja magát a Karancs kettős púpja, csúcsán a kilátóval, az előtérben a Boszorkány-kő és Salgó büszke vára, a fennsík pereme felett pedig a már a szlovák oldalon magasodó Sátoros (Šiator) teteje is feltűnik. A túloldalon megpillanthatjuk a Szilvás-kőt, míg a horizonton délre a Mátra vonulata, keletre a Bükk-fennsík sejlik fel, sőt tiszta időben a Börzsöny kontúrja is megmutatja magát. Alattunk Rónafalu házai sorakoznak, de kissé távolabb látjuk Zagyvarónát és Salgótarjánt is.

- A kilátót a Salgótarján, Rónarész buszmegállóból közelíthetjük meg, ahová Salgótarján felől közlekednek a járatok.

- A Salgótarján, Rónarész buszmegállóból először a S◼ jelzésen induljunk észak felé, majd a Rónai úton térjünk jobbra. Az fennsík pereméhez érve egy rövid földúton sétálhatunk el a kilátóhoz (kb. 700 m, 45 m szintemelkedés).
Parking
- Autóval Rónafalu tetejéig, a Rónai útig mehetünk, ahonnan kb. 100 m-es sétával érhetjük el a kilátót.
