Das Hohe Schloss mit Illusionsmalereien an den Hoffassaden und einer Filiale der Bayerischen Staatsgemäldesammlungen, das Museum der Stadt Füssen im ehemaligen Benediktinerkloster St. Mang mit Barockräumen, einer Sammlung historischer Lauten und Geigen und dem Füssener Totentanz wie auch die prachtvollen Barockkirchen locken Kulturfans. Nur wenige Hundert Meter südlich des Stadtkerns lohnen der Lechfall und das benachbarte Walderlebniszentrum Ziegelwies mit seinem Baumkronenweg einen Besuch. Auch das autofreie Faulenbacher Tal und der Füssener Bootshafen mit einer Anlegestelle der Forggenseeschifffahrt lassen sich fußläufig erreichen.
