Majláth megállóhely közel a LÁEV forgalmi telepéhez, a Hegyalja úti vasúti átjáró közvetlen közelében található.
Majláth feltételes megállóhely, azaz a vonatok csak akkor állnak itt meg, ha van le- vagy felszálló utas.

- Az 1, 1B, 5, 15, 53, 54, 101B, ZOO helyi autóbuszjáratokról, illetve az 1-es villamosról Felső-Majláth megállóhelyen célszerű leszállni.

- Felső-Majláth megállóhelytől a Hegyalja úton kell Lillafüred irányába indulni, majd a vasúti átjárót elérve balra kell fordulni (kb. 400 méter séta).
- A P jelzés nyugati irányba indulva Bánkútra vezet, míg előbb keletnek, majd délnek tartva Bükkszentkeresztre juthatunk el.

- A Csóka utcában lehet megállni.
