Törösznek megállóhely a Töröszneki-patakhoz közel, a kisvasút egyik elágazása mellett található. A pálya egyik része Kistolmács, a másik Pördefölde-Feketeberek, illetve Pördefölde-Hosszúrét irányába folytatódik, utóbbiakat csak tehervonatok használják.
Törösznek feltételes megállóhely, azaz a vonatok csak akkor állnak itt meg, ha van le- vagy felszálló utas.
A kisvasút oldala a Természetjárón itt érhető el.
