Šoderica is an artificial pond created by gravel exploitation which has developed into a significant tourist hotspot in lastdecades. It is a place for recreation and swimming, but also a favourite place for visits and rest for people from region. It is part of the Regional Park Mura Drava, which is the largest protected area in Koprivnica Križevci County. Drava River is located very close to the lake, so visitors can explore both lake and Drava as well as their surrounding area. The best observation spot for Drava River visitors is from nearby Botovo Bridge. From there people can enjoy the breathtaking view of the riverbed, take the most beautiful photographs of river surroundings and have a full experience of the real Amazon of Europe.
