Ha nem fagy be az Öreg-tó, ott a Városkapu Jégsátor a Kőkúti iskola udvarában.
A délelőtti órákban a kisiskolások és óvodások foglalják el a pályát, akik ingyenesen, testnevelés óra keretein belül korizhatnak. Délután a közönségkorcsolyáé a főszerep, majd este 8 után a hokisok veszik birtokukba a pályát. Szombaton jégdiscót rendeznek.
A műjégpálya mellett büfé található, ahol felfrissülhetnek a korisok, illetve korcsolya bérlésre és élezésre is itt van lehetőség.
A tatai pályán nincsenek turnusok, így annyit korizhatunk egyhuzamban egy belépővel, amennyit jól esik.
A pálya február végéig tart nyitva.

- iskolai szünetekben: 10:00-19:00
Események és pályafelújítás miatt változhat a nyitvatartás, ezért érdemes a pálya facebook-oldaláról tájékozódni az aktuális nyitvatartásról.

- A buszmegállóból a templomnak hátat fordítva indulnk el a Komáromi utcába, majd az első keresztutcán befordulunk a Kőkút-közbe. A parkolónál jobbra tartunk, és máris ott találjuk a jégpályát (290 m).
