Tatán a Bercsényi utcában található a Tata és Környéke Turisztikai Egyesület Tourinform irodája, ahol készséggel nyújtanak segítséget az utazóknak.
Az iroda szolgáltatásai: információszolgáltatás, turisztikai kiadványok és térképek, színház- és koncertjegyek, utasbiztosítás, helyi termékek és ajándéktárgyak, városnéző túrák és kirándulások szervezése, Duna-Gerecse Kártya forgalmazása), GUIDE@HAND hangos idegenvezető alkalmazás telepítése, internet.
Tatán járva az alábbi látnivalók, programok várnak:

Public transport
- A legközelebbi buszmegálló Tata, Kossuth tér, ahova a Tata, autóbusz-állomásról induló járatokon kívül Tatabányáról, Környéről, Komáromból, Kocsról és Oroszányról is el lehet jutni.

Directions
- A megállótól indulva balról kell megkerülni a teret, így juthatunk a Bercsényi utcába. Az iroda az utca bal oldalán van, összesen 220 méterre a busztól.
Parking
- Autóval az 1-es úton érkezőknek a tó után a körforgalomnál érdemes balra fordulni a Május 1. útra, onnan ismét balra a Komáromi utcán át lehet megközelíteni a Kossuth teret.
- A tér bal oldalán lehet parkolni, a Bercsényi utcába csak engedéllyel lehet behajtani.
