Die Hörnerbahn in Bolsterlang fährt mit gut belüfteten Panorama-Gondeln von der Talstation auf 940 m Höhe bis zur Bergstation auf 1540 m Höhe. Die Bergstation befindet sich knapp unterhalb des Weiherkopfes, der in einem kurzen Fußmarsch erreicht wird. Der Blick reicht über das grüne Illertal von Sonthofen bis Oberstdorf und die Felskette der Allgäuer und Lechtaler Berge. An der Bergstation kann außerdem eine artenreiche Flora bestaunt werden.
