A település első temploma, a Szent Mihály-sziklatemplom az 1813 utáni években épült a Kálvária-domb oldalában, és szentélyét, amely az épület egyetlen fennmaradt része, a sziklába vájták. 1852-ben még renoválták, de az új templom felépültével elbontották az 1900-as évek első felében. Mivel templomként már nem volt rá szükség, a megmaradt szentélyt innentől a helyi remeték használták egészen a századelőig.
Az utolsó helyi remetének, aki feltehetőleg a kálváriát gondozta, jelképes sírja a szentély mellett látható. A szentély belsejében szobrokat és egy, a remeték által készített domborművet láthatunk. Egykori, 1749-ben öntött harangját a Havas Boldogasszony-templom őrzi. 1914-ben a Jékey házaspár kőlapokból álló, timpanonos, román stílusú bélletes, címereikkel díszített előépítményt építtetett a barlang elé.
Érdemes felmenni a Kálvária-dombra, megnézni a Millenniumi emlékművet és kicsit odébb a Kós Károly-kilátót.

- Az állomástól a központ felé induljunk, majd sétáljunk el a templom mellett. Átmegyünk a kis hídon, majd rögtön jobbra fordulunk. Bal oldalon kezdődik a szerpentin, ezen induljunk el, az első kanyarban találjuk a sziklakápolnát (250 m).
