A csúcsíves, mérműves ablakok rögtön elárulják, hogy gótikus stílusban emelt építményről van szó, a 15. században épült a templom. A középkori építésről árulkodnak a támpillérek is, de a templomba belépve is igen látványos tanújeleit láthatjuk az akkor uralkodó építési irányzatnak: a nyolcszög három oldalával záródó hosszúkás szentély fölé bordás csillagboltozat borul.
Mivel református templomról van szó, belül is fehérre vannak meszelve a falak, azonban tudható, hogy a mészrétegek alatt falfestmények rejtőznek (feltárásuk még várat magára). A templombelső éke a szentély boltozata mellett a szószék faragott koronája. A templomból kilépve a kapu 1816-os évszámot rejtő kő kapukerete érdemel további figyelmet, illetve a torony, amely eredetileg fából volt, de miután egy szélvész ledöntötte, 1925-ben kőből építettél újjá.
