The Gerlitzen Gipfelhaus is situated, as the name suggests, directly at the summit of Gerlitzen and offers a wonderful panoramic view over the Karawanken.
In winter, you can put on your skis right away and start skiing; the Gerlitzen ski area is known for its wide slopes and is especially family-friendly.
In summer, Gerlitzen is a wonderful hiking area, and the Gerlitzen Gipfelhaus is located directly on the Alpe-Adria-Trail, making it a popular resting point for hikers. In its own restaurant with a panoramic sun terrace, you can enjoy Carinthian specialties and there is plenty of space for larger groups.
The modern rooms, equipped with a lot of wood, provide a cozy atmosphere.
