The Bohlender Winery is a Pfalzcard host and is located in the southeast of the wine region of Pfalz. The towns of Kandel, Bad Bergzabern, and Landau are in the immediate vicinity. Attractive destinations for cycling tours and hikes can be easily reached by train or car, such as the Palatinate Forest with its castles, the Rhine Plain, Alsace, various bathing lakes, and tourist attractions. Our main house, built around 1700, was completely renovated in 2005 following old construction styles and offers cozy rooms and a holiday apartment. In our apartment house renovated in 2020, four additional modernly furnished apartments have also been created. Steinweiler is the ideal starting point for cycling tours in the Rhine Plain as well as in the Palatinate Forest. Marked cycling routes lead directly from the house through meadows, along streams, and through the vineyards.
Price
Deposit (by bank transfer): As confirmation of your binding booking, we charge 30% of the total travel costs as a deposit by invoice. With the receipt of payment, your reservation is finally confirmed. The final payment can be made by bank transfer up until arrival or on-site with EC card or cash payment.
Cancellation (in writing): Cancellations up to 6 weeks before the start of your stay will be charged with 30% of the total costs. Short-term cancellations (less than 6 weeks before the start of your stay) will be charged with 90% of the total costs. In case of early departure, 100% of the total costs will apply. We are happy to provide you with a confirmation for your cancellation insurance should a cancellation occur.
Check-In: Your arrival can take place from 12:00 p.m. during the opening hours of our winery (www.weingut-bohlender.de) or by arrangement.
Check-Out: by 10:00 a.m.
Meals: The rooms and vacation apartments can be booked with or without breakfast. Breakfast time starts at 8:30 a.m.
Minimum stay: 2 nights. Wine lovers and cycling enthusiasts are also welcome to inquire for a one-night stay.
A baby cot is available.
Wine tastings at our estate are possible upon request.

Directions
Motorway A 65 to exit Rohrbach. Follow the signs towards Rohrbach and turn left after the level crossing towards Steinweiler. Follow the bypass. Continue straight at the roundabout towards Steinweiler. After the village entrance sign, turn right into Obergasse. The first house on the left side.
