From a parking lot at the state border, the route goes over the Lechfall through Bad Faulenbach to the Upper Kobelweg. Above Alatseestraße, it continues to Alatsee, around it once, and then as a detour to Saloberalpe. The return path then proceeds south of Alatseestraße.

    Eine schöne Rundtour mit viel Wald, ideal für wärmere Tage. Wie in einer anderen Rezension schon beschrieben, würde ich die Tour definitiv nicht als "hundefreundlich" oder "kinderfreundlich" bezeichnen. Einzelne Teilstücke sind sehr steil und schmal, sowohl bergauf, als auch Berg ab. Einen Hund hätte ich hier tragen müssen. Kinder ebenfalls. Trotz allem eine sehr schöne Tour mit spannenden Aussichtspunkten!

    Sehr schöne Halbtagestour ab Parkplatz P2 des Walderlebniszentrum Ziegelwies. Wir fanden den Auf-/Abstieg zwischen KM 4,1 - 4,8 sowie den Anstieg bei KM 6,7-7,0 anspruchsvoll und nur bedingt für Ungeübte oder Kinder geeignet. Auch für Hunde mit "bauartbedingter" geringer Bodenfreiheit sind diese Wegstrecken auf eigenen Pfoten eher schwierig zu bewerkstelligen. Danke für das Einstellen dieser ingesamt sehr schönen Runde.

    Schöne, leichte Tour. Teilweise sehr viele e-bikes auf der Strecke. Gutshof Schluxen ist kein Gasthof mehr, also keine Adresse zum einkehren. Empfehlenswert ist der Kiosk am Schwansee.

    Sehr schöne Tour, welche eine gute Portion Kondition erfordert. Zu empfehlen ist definitiv ein Helm. Beim umgehen des Pilgerschrofen kamen oft Steine geflogen. Bevor man den Säuling über das Säulinghaus besteigt, kann man in diesem noch eine kurze Stärkung zu sich nehmen. Beim Be- und Absteigen sind Trittsicherheit und Schwindelfreiheit absolut notwendig!

    Super Tour, Empfohlen auch mit Kindern. Auf dem Weg hoch sollte man aber viel Zeit mitbringen, da alle paar Meter eine weitere Attraktion, die unsere Kinder erforschen wollen.

    Schöne Tour die an einigen Stellen im oberen Bereich Trittsicherheit, Schwindelfreiheit und auch den Einsatz der Hände erfordert, jedoch nicht ausgesetzt ist. Es gibt an einigen wenigen Stellen Stahlseil (sowohl beim Auf- als auch beim Abstieg) an welchem man sich festhalten kann, jedoch ist es auch ohne das Stahlseil möglich auf und wieder ab zusteigen. Es ist also keine weitere Sicherung nötig. Kondition sollte man schon mitbringen, da es auf dem letzten Stück nach oben steiler und anstrengender wird. Bei Abstieg über das Säulinghaus kann man noch einkehren und danach quert man einige Geröllfelder und läuft auf Waldwege um den Pilgerschrofen und dann ab der Wildsulz Hütte auf demselben Weg, den man nach oben genommen hat entspannt absteigen. Ein sehr schöner Berg der (aufgrund der Nähe zum Schloss) auch relativ hoch frequentiert ist!
