Since 1909 we have lived according to the principle of returning to your roots, no matter in which direction you would like to grow.
We are a traditional family business that each generation runs a little differently and yet with the same aim of preserving the beauty and soul of this idyllic place. My parents still work with passion in the kitchen and service, my husband and I cover all culinary needs from meat preparation to the wedding cake and our children are already taking the first steps in our footsteps.
And so our open secret can be summed up quickly: We live and love our work as a family and enjoy letting our guests feel this.
