Ein riesiger Skizirkus mit insgesamt 500 km Pisten. Dazu die berühmte Sella Ronda, die Runde auf Skiern um das Sellamassiv. Das Angebot für Skifahrer ist hier kaum zu übertreffen. Und dazu wohnt man im Berggasthof Pralongia wirklich ganz oben und mittendrin. Mehr Aussicht kann man selbst hier in den Dolomiten kaum haben. Der Berggasthof auf 2200 m Höhe bietet ein grandioses 360 Grad Panorama. Im Osten der Conturines und Lagazuoi, im Süden leuchtet der Gletscher der Marmolada und im Osten steht wuchtig der Sellastock. Auf den ersten Blick ein bodenständiges und rustikal ausgestattetes Lokal. Doch Pralongia hat bemerkenswerte innere Werte. Die Zimmer im Obergeschoss sind renoviert und bieten zeitgemäßen Wohnkomfort im Stil eines Designhotels. Die meisten Gäste wollen südseitige Zimmer mit Marmolada-Blick. Doch die bessere Aussicht haben die Zimmer nach Norden.

Unten im Erdgeschoss gibt es rustikale Stuben, darunter eine schöne Zirbenstube, und dazu die passende Verköstigung von der deftigen Marende bis zum 5-Gänge-Menü am Abend.
