The Setsas is a proud rocky peak above blooming mountain meadows. For those accustomed to walking and with mountain experience, it is easy to climb.
From Planac on the road leading from Corvara to Campolongo (1700 m) take the Pralongià-chairlift up to the mountain station (near the Punta Trieste inn; 2028 m). From there, on a wide path, hike in about 0:30 hours through meadows up to the Pralongià height (2139, near the inn of the same name), now always following the signs "Setsas" on path 23/24 over the alpine ridge to Störes (2181, small summit with cross), eastwards still on trail 23/24 over the grass ridge first for a longer time with easy ups and downs and then climbing to a fork in the path, now left on trail 24 a bit uphill to the next fork (about 2270 m), here turn right, following the signpost "Setsas" on an unnumbered marked path over scree shortly up to the northwest ridge of the Setsas, over this or on its northern flank on the marked trail (first grass, then scree, boulders and rocks) easily up to the summit with the cross (2571 m, from the starting point 2:30 hours). – Descent: via the described ascent route (just
