From the parking lot of the Piz Soregha cable car, you start either on foot or by cable car towards Piz Soregha at 2003m. We chose the path on foot along the toboggan run up to Piz Soregha. Here is a beautifully landscaped flower garden with a pond and a playground.
From here, a gentle up and down towards the Bioch hut with the eponymous mountain station. Another place to stop along the way is the mountain restaurant "Las Vegas", also very well maintained here.
After reaching the Bioch hut, the route continues with gentle ups and downs towards Pralongià, the next place to stop. From the valley station on foot to here in just under 2 hours.
Now follow the signposts for "Setsas", marked 2 hours. At first again some ups and downs before a slope slowly begins. The very last part to the summit goes through rocky blocks, but all easy and pleasant to walk. The summit cross is located at an altitude of 2,570 m.
The return first goes back to Pralongià. Slightly below is a junction leading to Saraghes, another place to stop with a pond and small animals.
From here, follow the forest road downhill back to the starting point.
Altogether a very nice (although somewhat long) hike, embedded in very well-maintained cultural landscape.
