Rules and Regulations

Download the Outdooractive app and sign up for free—if you’re already registered for the Drau Cycle Route app, you can also log in using those credentials. Registration and participation in the challenge are free.

Ride your route along the Drau Cycle Path and its side routes, and collect at least 10 locations to earn the finisher badge. You’ll also have the chance to enter the prize drawing at the end. In this collection, you’ll find an overview of all the routes: https://www.outdooractive.com/r/352192612/
To collect the locations, you must record your ride and get as close as possible to the location (< 50 m). After saving your ride, the system automatically checks which locations you’ve visited and updates your progress.
Alternatively, you can also check in manually. The “Check-In” button is located on the challenge details page in the app.

All the locations to collect—which are members of the Drau Cycle Path Innkeepers’ Association—are located along the Drau Cycle Path. Along the side routes, there are also other relevant points of interest, such as restaurants and tourist attractions. Please note: Sometimes the locations are a bit off the bike path, and you’ll need to briefly leave the path to collect them. It’s best to look at the map of locations before your ride and make a note of the ones you want to collect. You must get as close to the location as possible (< 50 meters) to collect it.

Terms and Conditions

The challenge is based on Central European Time (CET). To participate in the challenge, you must record one of the following activities—“Bike Ride / Mountain Bike / Gravel Bike / Long-Distance Bike Trail / Road Bike”—in the Outdooractive app. You must follow the Outdooractive community guidelines, including any health and travel restrictions in the selected region. Users who achieve the challenge goal and meet all the required conditions will have the opportunity to enter a raffle. The participant’s profile name and profile picture will appear in the challenge list.
