    Sehr schöne Tour! Es freut mich immer wieder herauszufinden, dass die verschiedene Täler in dieser Region so gut verbunden sind. An die (eng)pässe ist mehr Verkehr wahrscheinlich nicht vermeidbar. Man könnte es noch einigermaßen verringern indem man 1) alte Jochstrasse statt Jochstrasse Richtung Oberjoch nimmt, 2) im Tannheimertal die Radwege benutzt, und 3) westlich vorbei Pfronten und Weissbach fährt. Aber das ist vielleicht auch eine Geschmacksache.

    Sehr, sehr schöne Strecke mit unterschiedlichen Wegequalitäten. Ich bin unter Zuhilfenahme der Route 'May-Nui 04 Allgäu 2015' von Kempten bis Sontdorf, von dort auf dieser Route hier bis Oberstdorf und ab da über den 'Illerradweg' wieder zurück nach Kempten geradelt. Die Allgäu-Tour lässt sich hervorragend mit den Routen 'Radrunde Allgäu- Etappen 1-7', 'May-Nui 04 Allgäu 2015', 'Illerradweg' und 'Allgäu Radweg Achse der Radrunde Allgäu' kombinieren. Die Strecke von Kempten nach Sontdorf führt auf zum Teil unbefestigten Wegen an der Iller entlang, später auf hauptsächlich kaum befahrenen Straßen durch die Landschaft mit saftigen Steigungen. Vielen Dank fürs Einstellen! 👍 Ergänzung: Am 1. Juni 2025 bin ich die Route von Immenstadt mit Abkürzung in Sonthofen bis Jungholz (und von dort weiter nach Füssen) geradelt. Manch saftige Steigung und belohnende Abfahrt ist auf diesem Part bewältigen, ständig begleitet von der Bergwelt der Allgäuer Alpen. Den österreichischen Teil der Route - auch hinter Jungholz - fand ich besonders schön.

    Unglaublich schöne Tour! Abwechslungsreiche Landschaft mit Bergen, Seen und einem der letzten Wildflüsse Europas und dank der Tiroler Radwege ist man außerdem häufig auf ruhigen Straßen abseits der Hauptstraßen unterwegs und kann sich einfach an Radwegsschildern orientieren. Hinter Wertach lohnt sich ein Schlenker über das Königssträsschen durch den Großen Wald hinter dem Grünten Richtung Burgberg / Sonthofen. Keine Autos und wunderschöne Wald-Atmosphäre!

    Habe den im Frühjahr umrundet. Ist ein schöner See. Der Teil, der unter Naturschutz steht, fand ich an Schönsten. Auch konnte ich da einen besonderen Vogel entdecken. Ein Gelbspötter. Und der hat voll toll gesungen. Außerdem gibt es auch eine Ecke beim Campingplatz, wo Biber hausen. Nicht zu übersehen, an den Bäumen.

    Zwischen Reichersbeuern und Waaskirchen ist der Track falsch. In OSM ist er richtig dargestellt. In Benediktbeuern schlägt der Track einen Haken, wegen der Einbahnstraße. Die Wegweisung ist oft unklar: verdrehte Wegweiser, fehlende Routeneinschübe, ungünstige Wegweiser Standorte: deshalb ist es sehr empfehlenswert, sich den Track aufs Navi zu laden. Das auch, weil es in den letzten Jahren div. Routenänderungen gab und die Radkarten nicht aktuell sind. Der Track auf: https://www.bodensee-koenigssee-radweg.de/de/startseite war am 3.5.2024 fast richtig. Es gab keine Sperrunngen oder Umleitungen.
