    Schöner kleiner Rundweg, aber es gibt attraktivere. Ich empfehle einen kurzen Abstecher nach Seltz zu machen, die Rue Principale entlang.

    Sehr schöne Gegend. Leider fährt man auf der französichen Seite ca. die Hälfte der Strecke auf einer (wenn auch nicht stark befahrenen) Landstraße und auf deutscher Seite fährt man einige km auf Schotterweg auf dem Rheindamm.

    BNN 12.1.2023 „Auenwälder des Sauer Delta‘s“ Herrliche Auenwälder lassen bei dieser Wanderung sicher das Herz aller Naturliebhaber höher schlagen. Die Tour führt durch das Sau-er-Delta, das zwischen Seltz und Munch-hausen im Nordelsass liegt. Das Mün-dungsgebiet des Flusses in den Rhein steht unter Naturschutz. Seine Auen zählen zu den letzten, noch intakten Weichholzauen Mitteleuropas. Die Wanderung beginnt auf der deutschen Seite des Rheins, in Plittersdorf, dem ältesten Stadtteil von Rastatt. 2005 feierte Plittersdorf das 1.275-jährige Bestehen. Einen Besuch wert sind auch das alte Fischerdorf Munchhausen und das städtchen Seltz, dessen Geschichte in die Kelten- und Römerzeit zurückreicht. Außerdem gibt es den Rheinauenlehrpfad und die Vogelschutzwarte (48.9080255, 8.1305044)

    Heute eine Tour gemacht, die ich schon über ein Jahr in der Planung hatte. Zu Erinnerung, MTB heißt bei mir Matsch-Tracking-Bike. Ich weiß ja, dass die Waldwege bei unseren französischen Freunden mitunter etwas schwierig zu fahren sind. Habe ich verdrängt. Heute Nacht träume ich von Matsch und wie ich Umleitungen für Matsch-Wege suche....

    Eine wunderschöne Tour. Durch Auen, Rheinbrücken und Naturschutzgebiet. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten auf beiden Seiten, z.B. Campingplatz in Munchhausen. Essen in "A la Rose" in Munchhausen. Es gibt dort noch viel zu entdecken und wir werden sicher wieder hingehen.
