Börzsönyliget megállóhely a Királyrét felé vezető út mellett található. A lakó-pihenő övezet Kismaros településrésze, ahol elsősorban nyaralók találhatóak, továbbá itt működik 1957 óta a Boldogasszonyháza Ciszterci Monostor.
A nyaralók mellett kiadó vendégházakat is talál az, aki egy kis nyugalomra vágyik a zöldben, de mégsem túl messze a fővárostól. Az úttörővasúti üzem idején Kisdobos volt a megállóhely neve.
A vonatok ezen a megállóhelyen áthaladnak, és csak akkor állnak meg, ha van fel- vagy leszálló utas. A leszállási szándékot a pénztárban vagy a jegyvizsgálónál lehet jelezni.
