A Morgó megállóhely a Királyrét felé vezető út mellett található, nevét a Morgó- (vagy más néven Török-) patakról kapta, amely Királyrétnél több kisebb vízfolyás (Szén-patak, Bagoly-bükki-patak, Nagy-Vasfazék-patak) egyesülésével alakul ki, majd Szokolyát átszelve Kismarosnál torkollik a Dunába. A megállóhely közvetlen közelében található az Öreg Morgó Étterem.
A vonatok ezen a megállóhelyen áthaladnak, csak akkor állnak meg, ha van fel- vagy leszálló utas. A leszállási szándékot a pénztárban vagy a jegyvizsgálónál lehet jelezni.
