The traditional spa Marienkron is awakening. With a new medical, culinary, and architectural concept, along with the usual attention, competence, and warmth, it welcomes its guests in Mönchhof.

What Hildegard of Bingen, Pastor Kneipp, and ancient Greek doctors already knew has been bundled in Marienkron with the latest scientific findings and is reflected in the new focus of the house: health begins in the gut. “This focus is not only unique in Austria but also in the entire German-speaking area,” say Elke Müller and Gunther Farnleitner, who manage the new spa.

The Offer:

“Every guest his individual spa treatment” – this is the motto at the Marienkron spa. “Defined spa packages serve as a basis and content framework. Together with the guest, the very specific personal topics, needs, and wishes are then discussed, and the packages are modified and adapted accordingly,” explains the medical director Dr. Ulrike Göschl.

One to two spa stays per year are recommended: “Regularly planning health or fasting days supports individuals in the long-term maintenance of health. And experience shows that a small break from everyday life brings valuable impulses for a healthier lifestyle,” says Dr. Göschl.
